: It's been over an hour now and Virtualis have not come back to me. I just heard from my other server and he says he was out of the office. I mena how can you run a business where all your clients depend on you for their livelihoods and you then go out and leave your service unattended?

: Sorry guys, I am just venting. Bit low this evening because I'm trying my hardest to supply you all with a top notch service and 3rd parties always mess everything up.
