Spam Regulations

Our Policy

.

At International Resources, we operate a zero SPAM tolerance policy therefore we have some basic rules you must follow to ensure your web pages are kept active on our system.

1. No Adult or illegal material must be promoted through our system.

2. Our domain may not be the source, intermediary, or destination address involved in the transmission of spam, flames, or mail bombs.
Your web pages may not be referenced as originator, intermediary, or reply-to address in any of the above.

3. Advertising sites on other servers which in turn contain links to our domain is prohibited.

We consider spam any mass or single mailing of an unsolicited message in the mediums of Newsgroups and Email. If you are found to have spammed, then we will immediately, without warning, terminate your account.

Lastly, we reserve the right to determine what violates this policy.

As such, any violation will result in immediate deactivation of services without refund. You will also lose all rights to any commissions earned if we are notified of such practice.

In addition, we will impose a $200 penalty for each spam policy
violation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel our services to known spammers.

What is SPAM?

If someone sends you an email and you file their email address to later send them an email they didn't request then you have used SPAM.

If you purposely collect email addresses from FFA link sites, discussion forums, newsgroups, search engines, or directories to send a sales message, then you are spamming.

If you do use this practice YOU MAY NOT use the URL of your International Resources site or any autoresponders containing the address @int-resources.com anywhere in such emails.

If you use bulk email software or services for promotions, this is
SPAM. You may NOT use it in connection with the int-resources.com domain unless it is to your own clients, own mailing list, or friends and family.

If you cross post ads in newsgroups that carry the URL to our domain
you have used SPAM.

There are many acceptable ways to promote your web site, the above examples are unacceptable and would result in you losing your account with us.

If you are at all uncertain as to whether your proposed method of advertising would contravene our spam regulations, please check with our office before going any further.

Our rules may seem harsh but are non-negotiable as SPAM is a threat to all our businesses. It causes immeasurable financial damage to all our members which is why we must act responsibly.

Thank you for your understanding.
